Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, for some events. Alumni parties and mixers will require ID. Stillman students must show ID at each event, to get in free. No ID neccessary for children.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Public transportation is not provided. Parking on campus is available for $25. Tailgate/RV parking is also available. Please contact stillmanalumni@gmail.com to reserve RV parking and tailgating spot.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
No contraband or weapons allowed on campus. Event partiticpants (21+) may BYOB during Alumni mixer, tailgating, and all parties.
What is the fee for registration?
- Registration for the weekend is free. However, each participant is encouraged to join the National Alumni Association of Stillman college (NAASC) for $35 per person, $60 per couple. Donations to the College are also accepted and encouraged.
Do I have to pay NAASC dues?
NAASC dues are not required in order to attend the reunion. However, Alumni are encouraged to pay dues and become active in the Association to inspire positive change across the Stillman community.
Do I have to be an alum to attend the reunion?
No. All Stillman supporters are welcome during Alumni Weekend.
Who is performing at the concert?
The "Love & Happiness" Comedy Show will feature Stillman's own Steve W. Brown, and guests: Rodney Perry @rodneyperrylive, R&B Soul Singer Glenn Jones, and a host of others you're sure to love on Friday, October 14th at the Bama Theatre.
Can I stay on campus?

Will I need to bring linen to stay on campus?
Yes. Please bring linen, and your preferred toiletries if lodging on campus.
Does it cost to park on campus?
Yes: $15 a day, or $25 for the entire weekend. Funds received go directly to the college's Annual Fund, which pays debt, bills, and operating expenses.
Where is money raised during the weekend going?
The entire Alumni Reunion weekend is a fundraiser for Stillman college. Funds received go directly to the college's Annual Fund, which pays debt, bills, and operating expenses.
Will the President address alumni/community concerns during the meeting?
Yes, during the "State of the College" address, and the Alumni Meeting. No fees are associated with either meeting. Only active NAASC members will be able to vote on issues during the meeting.
Can I buy tickets online?
Yes. Purchase tickets on Eventbrite or www.stillmanalumni.org.
Can I donate online?
Yes. Donate directly to Stillman College at www.stillman.edu/donations or the NAASC's fundraising efforts for the College, @ www.stillmanalumni.org.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. You may transfer your paid ticket. However, only one ticket will be scanned per purchase. If someone else has your ticket, it will be scanned and will no longer be available for use. Gold, Blue, & Platinum VIP holder packages ARE NOT transferable.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. You can upgrade on site during registration. To update in advance, contact stillmanalumni@gmail.com or www.facebook.com/stillmanalumni.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. You may scan tickets using your phone.
What is the refund policy?
The NAASC offers 100% refunds only for on campus lodging, when the purchaser is not able to occupy. No other refunds will be issued.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
